Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is a privilege to serve as President of the Asian American Architects and Engineers (ºÚÁϳԹÏ) Association for 2026. I am energized by the opportunity to lead this dynamic community, and I am confident that, together, we will continue to advance our shared values and aspirations.

As President, my priorities for the coming year are as follows:

• Completing the Formation of Local Chapters: Building on the successful launches of our Los Angeles (LA), Orange County (OC), and San Diego (SD) Chapters, we hosted well-attended events and received enthusiastic feedback in 2025. In 2026, we will elect Boards of Supervisors for these chapters, marking a significant milestone in expanding our organization’s reach and impact across a broader geographic region.
• Supporting the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Foundation Endowment: We will work closely with the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Foundation to finalize the establishment of our endowment. This initiative will enhance our ability to support students majoring in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), as well as young professionals, helping to cultivate the next generation of leaders.
• Succession Planning: I will work with the board members to identify and mentor successors within their respective committees, ensuring continuity and sustained leadership for our association.
• Empowering Asian American AEC Small Businesses: Recognizing these enterprises as the foundation of our community’s success, we will partner with selected small business leaders to strengthen entrepreneurial ventures and foster growth.

I invite each of you to actively engage in our programs, committees, and initiatives. By working together, we will continue to make a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work.
